Legal Agreement for Using Snowfly Deals Travel Services

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Snowfly Deals' website, mobile site, and booking services. By accessing our platform, creating an account, or making any booking — whether for a domestic flight from Delhi to Goa, a hotel in Manali, or an international trip to Dubai or Thailand — you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read carefully.

Our Role as a Travel Booking Platform

Snowfly Deals is a travel technology platform, not an airline, hotel chain, tour operator, or direct service provider. We connect you with third-party travel suppliers including airlines (domestic carriers like IndiGo, Air India, Akasa, SpiceJet, and international carriers like Emirates, Qatar, Thai Airways) and hotels. Our role is limited to facilitating your booking. We do not own, operate, or control any flights, accommodations, or travel services.

Eligibility & Account Requirements

To use Snowfly Deals' services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts
• All information you provide (name, contact details, passport information, etc.) is accurate, current, and complete
• You will maintain the confidentiality of your account login credentials
• You accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account
• You will use our platform only for legitimate travel booking purposes (no reselling or fraudulent activity)

Snowfly Deals reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel bookings at our discretion if these terms are violated.

Booking Terms & Confirmation Process

All bookings made through Snowfly Deals are subject to:

• Real-time availability from the airline or hotel at the time of your booking
• Accuracy of passenger and travel details (spelling of names, dates, passport numbers)
• Acceptance of your booking by the service provider (airline or hotel)
• Successful receipt of full payment (unless otherwise stated)
• The specific terms and conditions of the airline or hotel you booked with

Important: You are responsible for verifying all booking details — including dates, times, passenger names (exactly as on ID/passport), and special requests — before completing your purchase. Once confirmed, name changes may not be permitted or may incur fees.

Pricing, Payment & Currency Terms

All prices displayed on Snowfly Deals are:

• Subject to change until full payment is received and your booking is confirmed
• Quoted in your selected currency (USD or INR) — conversion rates may apply
• Inclusive of applicable taxes (GST for domestic India bookings) and fees as shown during checkout
• Exclusive of optional services like extra baggage, travel insurance, or meals unless explicitly selected

We accept payments via credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, RuPay), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, and other approved methods. Payment processing is handled by secure, PCI-compliant third-party gateways. By providing payment information, you authorize Snowfly Deals to charge the total amount for your booking.

Cancellation, Changes & Refund Policy

Cancellation and change policies vary significantly depending on:

• The airline or hotel you booked with (e.g., IndiGo vs. Emirates, budget hotel vs. luxury resort)
• The fare type you selected (refundable, partially refundable, or non-refundable)
• How far in advance you cancel before departure/check-in

General guidelines:

• Fully refundable bookings may be cancelled subject to provider fees
• Non-refundable bookings (most domestic budget fares) typically cannot be refunded
• Changes (date, name, route) may incur change fees plus any fare difference
• Service provider policies always override any general statements — please review specific cancellation terms during checkout

Travel Documents & Entry Requirements (Your Responsibility)

You are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying valid travel documents. This includes:

• Passport (valid for at least 6 months for international travel)
• Visas (for destinations like Dubai, Thailand, Singapore, UK, USA, etc.)
• Vaccination certificates or health declarations if required
• Return or onward journey tickets (for visa-on-arrival countries)
• Valid government ID for domestic flights (Aadhaar, PAN, Driver's License, Voter ID)

Snowfly Deals may provide general travel guidance, but we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of visa, health, or entry requirements. Regulations change frequently. Final verification rests with you and the relevant embassy or government authority. Denied boarding due to missing documents is not eligible for refunds.

Limitation of Liability (Please Read Carefully)

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Snowfly Deals and its employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Actions, errors, cancellations, or omissions by airlines, hotels, or any third-party service provider
• Flight delays, schedule changes, overbookings, or denied boarding
• Hotel overbookings, room quality issues, or amenity discrepancies
• Loss of baggage, personal injury, property damage, or any losses during travel
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, government travel bans, civil unrest, or extreme weather
• Technical issues, website downtime, payment gateway failures, or data inaccuracies

Our maximum liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the total commission earned by Snowfly Deals on the specific booking in question. In no event shall we be liable for any consequential, indirect, or punitive damages.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Snowfly Deals platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and overall design — is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent. "Snowfly Deals" and our logo are registered trademarks.

User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

When using Snowfly Deals, you agree not to:

• Use our platform for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes (e.g., ticket scalping, money laundering)
• Attempt to bypass security measures, access restricted areas, or introduce malicious code (viruses, malware)
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract data without permission
• Harass, threaten, or abuse our customer support team or other users
• Make fake bookings, intentionally provide false information, or engage in chargeback fraud

Violation may result in immediate account termination, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities.

Third-Party Links & Services

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites — such as airline check-in portals, visa application sites, travel insurance providers, or payment gateways. These links are provided for your convenience only. Snowfly Deals does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website. Accessing such links is entirely at your own risk.

Termination & Suspension of Access

Snowfly Deals may suspend or terminate your access to our platform immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment or chargeback disputes
• As required by law, court order, or regulatory authority
• Platform maintenance or security emergencies

Termination does not relieve you of obligations for completed bookings or outstanding payments.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution (India Jurisdiction)

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from your use of Snowfly Deals — including bookings, cancellations, or this agreement — shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New Delhi, Delhi. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year of the incident giving rise to the claim, or it shall be permanently barred.

Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of Snowfly Deals' services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically. For material changes, we may notify you via email or a notice on our homepage.

Entire Agreement & Severability

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Snowfly Deals regarding your use of our platform. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
